  1. AFTER THEY ARE SPAYED/ NEUTERED!

If you don't you will have more ferrel kittens around.

You are skittish or they are?

Make sure to hold them a LOT.

I never allow kittens outside (where toms can kill them or dogs etc) until they are around 9mo.  And then only with supervision.

So call the vets around where you live and see when they can have thier shots and be fixed and that will give you an idea when

IF YOU TAKE THEM TO A SHELTER they most likely will be put to sleep especially at this time of year when there are tons of kittens taken there .  Either find them homes or spay / neuter them and then THEY ARE YOUR outdoor cats!

  2. Unless you have a specific reason for wanting to let them out, I think you should keep them as inside cats.  Since they've been inside for over two months, they are probably used to it.  I have a cat I got as a stray (he wasn't feral), but he was full grown when he showed up and won't tolerate being inside all the time.  Anyway, I worry about him constantly when he's out, and I'd like to spare anyone else from worrying like I do.

By the way, we had another stray years ago.  She was a mama cat who had kittens in our yard.  We kept her and two of her kittens.  She was the sweetest cat, and we had her for over 16 years, and we could NEVER pick her up without her tensing and yowling.

  3. I let my ferrell cat out and he would come home all the time. However he got hit by a car, yet still made it home to me. I had to put him down but he was the best cat I have ever Had
