  1. You can drive from Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory across to Mount Isa on through Charleville. I was trying to think what there was to see? Um. I have done it before, um?. A 2wd car will take you most places you want to go, there are a lot of places to go out that way, however from Darwin to Brissie I can't think of many, sorry. By the way,  We call the outback, "The great Australia F#ck all". lol.  And as you have driven through it, you will see why, lol. Have fun.

  2. Lots of red dust and .... did I mention the red dust.

  3. There are different ways you can go. If you go inland really I don't think there is anything spectacular. Lots of smaller towns Longreach has some historical places and the Stockmans Hall of Fame. My choice would be to head for the Coast to Townsville and go to Airlie Beach . Nicer drive down the Coast.

  4. If you travel down the east coast of Queensland, you have to see a place called 1770 and Agnes Waters.  Camp at 1770  and watch the sunset on the beach.  It is magic.  You can travel there in a car.
