  1. your baby is not going to starve him/herself. Give it time, try different nipples and if your brestfeeding try continuing that and if you can't breastfeed then pump your milk, maybe your baby only likes breastmilk.

  2. NICOLCA

if you can't answer the ?, how about keeping your ignorance of it to yourself?

    we would ALL appreciate it...

  3. The problem may not be the bottle or the formula, but the bottle nipple.  The bottle nipple may be more difficult to suckle from than your breast.  You can enlarge the bottle nipple with a pin or a nail, that will make the liquid flow out of the bottle more easily.  Be sure to sterilize the nipple before letting the baby use it.

  4. i have the same problem with my baby before but i found out it has nothing to do with the formula and the bottle but it has to do with the teat..u may try other teats that best soothes her ..

  5. Try using  a rubber nipple.

  6. cause she knows its clinically proven that breastfed babies are smarter, have less illnesses and that fake milk does nothing for her

  7. if your breastfeeding i suggest continuing, but if you need the botle try avent, its most like mommys breast and ask your pedi on what kind of formula :)

  8. Totally with you!! My little one hates the bottle, cries when she sees it. That is until about a week ago, she reached for her brother's sippy cup. We think that she is teething, so she wants to chew on it. She is 5 months now and I just can't wait for food to come along and change her mind about Mommy being the only sorce of food!!

And don't listen about her not starving herself, my little one feel asleep sucking on a friends sholder instead of sucking on a bottle.

Just take it slow and pump some breastmilk, I have found (unfortunetly) that straight from boob to bottle to baby is the only combo that works right now. We got our pump for like $30 at Babies R Us.

You can also try having Daddy give the bottle, they can smell the good stuff and want nothing to do with the ucky ness that is formula

  9. I take it your breast feeding. Try expressing a little of your milk on the teat of the bottle. That may help the baby suckle.
