I'm not sure if this was just a creation of hers, like a spin off of a real salsa or if it was authentic Venezuelan. it was green, with a lot of aguacate, and i could taste the cilantro. they called it caca, (no kidding) it was not guacamole, maybe a guacamole mix with pico de gallo. please help.

  1. Its called guasacaca and this is the recipe I am Venezuelan.

    Ingredients

    1 medium tomato

    1 medium onion

    2 avocado, peeled and seeded

1/4 cup minced bell pepper (optional)

    3/4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped

    2 teaspoons lemon juice

    1 teaspoon salt

    Directions

1Chop by hand, all the vegetables.

2And the remaining ingredients and mix together.

    3Chill for at least 3-hours.

4Serve as a dip for nacho chips or as a salsa with anything.

Instead of lemon you can use for one measure of red vinegar, two of oil, salt to taste and also you could add jalapeño if you like it hot.

Secret: Keep the advocato seed inside the guasacaca untilyou eat it so the advocato wont get dark.

    Enjoy!!!!
