I tried sending a wole song to my sony ericsson w580i but im not recieiving it?

it should work via bluetooth if that is how u are doing it, but it will take some time since its a whole song. if its by the usb cable or straight to the memory card do it like this: copy the file, go to 'my computer', click on 'phone card', click on 'music' and paste the file there.

First, you should check that you have the USB drivers installed.  After that try connecting your phone to your computer via USB cable, then go My Computer > Phone > audio then copy and paste it there.

I've run into a lot of trouble using the Sony Ericsson File Manager, the program is still not at it's best so just do what I described above until they make updates for the program.
