I tried to buy something on Ebay and I was in 2nd step the payment method I coulden't do it.?

Whenever i click the button that says next appeard the paypal site ans whenever I tried to Retry nothing happen. What should I do nex. I know that Im commited to buy that item ,,, what should I do now if I can make the payment?

Call Paypal and ask. If you cannot make the payment with Paypal then email the seller and ask if you can send a money order.

First contact the seller. Then contact paypal and let them know what is happing. I have been paying with paypal for a couple of years and have no problem. But it is important to tell the seller your problem that way they don't report you and a bad buyer.

If you have a PayPal  account just log on with your password and pay with your checking or credit card.
