I tried to download Y!GO 3.0 beta, and it says operation failed on my ATT w580i, does it not work w/ my phone?

I also tried Y!Go2.0 and get the same problem. I tried the Gmail app and it worked great. Why doesn't Y!Go works? is it my phone? is it AT&T? what it is

Many people have had a hard time downloading this program on this particular phone.  In the past 2 weeks I know of 3 and when I did a searche for answers, there were quite a few more.

I personally just put in a request for an answer on what to do.

I can only suggest try resetting the phone. and I found something that worked, when I got this error on a different phone.  I  was able to download it to a Mini Sd card and then installed it to the phone.  It worked GREAT!

If I get an answer, I will msg you.  or you can msg me to see if I got an answer from someone OK
