....the desktop. I tried the troubleshooter and followed the instructions, but nothing helped. We tried two other monitors just to make sure, same result. What am I missing here?

  1. Try different display modes like

    Clone/vertical

    Stretched etc and see if it helps

    If your using a Nvidia Card set it up through Nvidia Control Panel.
