I tried unclogging my toiet with dawn and hot water 2 times. i dont know if i should flush it?

i dont want it to fil up to the top the water and dish soap is just sitting there and you cant see any p**p

A plain plunger should do the trick without dish washing liquid.

Sounds like you need a plunger.  They're very inexpensive, and nice to keep on hand for problems like you're experiencing.  I really don't know why you'd put dish soap and hot water in the toilet.  That's not going to make the problem go away.  If the toilet bowl water level is down to normal, go ahead and try to flush it.  If its still clogged, don't panic.  The water in the bowl will rise to almost the top, but it shouldn't go over.  If it doesn't flush....go get a plunger....which can be found at about any store.  Good luck!!

I do not understand the purpose of the liquid soap??

A toilet plunger should of done the trick, then you flush with the hot water-if it goes through then flush your toilet-if it is still clogged repeat the process, if worse comes to worse you may have to get some Drano, but if your toilet is clogged also make sure your drain to the tub is flushed as well-You may have a more serious problem so I would be careful and watch what I put down the toilet.  Good Luck

Why did you do that?  If you flush it there will be hot soapy water all over the floor.

Go get a plunger.
