I have not seen that stuff in a few years now so they probably stopped selling it or only sell it for short amounts of time every once in awhile.

Wal- mart does carry it. As long as the Coca-cola vendor has it in-stock. Wal-mart only carries the 12 pack cans. 24 packs are not available in vanilla yet. If you can not find it at Wal-mart ask an grocery associate to help you and to possibly look in the Coke back stock.
