I try put photos & songs on phone but it says: cannot copy - the directory or file cannot be created. help!?

i definatly have enough room, and it works fine on other peoples phones.

That happens when it's not the right "type"

Example, if it's a picture it probably says GIF, JPEG, or Bitmap (.bmp).

Songs would be like MPEG.

Sometimes that may be the problem and you have to save the file as a different type.

If this is the problem, try figuring out which of these your phone can transfer.
