I try to drag & drop modules in My Yahoo to different locations but nothing happens. The slash within a?

I can usuall add content, that is not the problem. The problem is moving modules to different locations and modifying/changing data within a module.

Look in the upper left hand corner, see "add content" and  "change layout"? That's where you need to be, change layout. Click there and follow instructions, one of which will be to add content.
