  1. stir it often as you drink.

  2. You need more ice and more blending.  You need a slushy type of texture..yours is not blended enough!

  3. Agree with 1st poster.    You need more ice.   The very act of blending causes some of the ice to melt.

Keep in mind that EVERY slush will separate as it begins to melt because ice is lighter than water and will float.    Drinking from a straw from the bottom will suck up the melted liquid and give you the perception that the drink stays slushier longer but the reality is it is melting and you are just drinking the melted part of the drink through the straw.

  4. What do you expect if you blend water and ice?

  5. Too much liquid. If your ice is floating at all, you've got a problem. Try putting ice, and then watch until the ice portion is about halfway filled with liquid. Blend that, and if it's too thick, and more liquid, but not much.

  6. you don't need ice in a smoothie, put frozen fruits of what ever you like and then add your favorite juice (cold) and then blend it will be a little icy. but if you want to put ice in it then add something that has flavor thats not liquid but cold, a thicker component so it wont sink to the bottom after you blend. hope this helps.

  7. ok i dont quite understand, how thats possible you blender should do the job anyway, but try putting less liquid in and running it for a longer time.
