  1. Happened to me before... Told me I have 9876 viruses when in actuality it is the virus.

    Do a destructive restore.

More or less resets everything to factory settings.

  2. shut down your computer then solve before you turn on.

  9. i downloaded it to its a fake virus protection thats copy your antivirus it says you have alot of viruses to get you to get rid of it is pretty hard but i can tell u how first if you have an antivirus you have to uninstall it i know you think im crazy but you have to once you uninstalled it should say something oh and i forgot dont give the antivirus your credit card its going to charge as much it can get out once you unistalled it turn off your computer and restart it do a disk clean up and a disk fragmenter and it should fix everything but dont try to reinstall your antivirus it will itstall the fake one to so you have to buy a anthor antivirus program and if you dont have an antivirus your goin to have to send it to repair

  10. Or just try restoring your computer, a week before you installed that Anti-virus. (If you can remember the date?)

    i hope it works

  13. that is a fake antivirus program and is actually malware. the first thing to do is all of your personal browser info (history, cookies, browser cache) and anything else that stores temporary data, then try and find the source of it in your program files and delete it manually if you still cannot delete it from the add/remove programs list.
