I know the company's name that has it is called safe-co life insurance but I looked everywhere on the web but still no info that I need like a phone number at least and none of my family knows

Whoever is/was the executor of your mom's estate should have the information.

Add:  I did a little research and found that in 2004, Safeco Life & Investments changed their name to Symetra Financial.
