Question:

I turn 21 in July. My id says that my bday is 1983 and my passport 1987. Will I have a problem checking in ?

Well you see the thing is that I was hoping that they would put the 1983 bday on the "sail" card since the 87 passport would indicated being under 21 until July. So thats what I was really wondering if there was any chance I would be in the clear.

  2. This person most likely has a fake id and does not want their birthday corrected on it...you'll probably have no problem checking in since they go off your passport for most of your info (including your birthdate).

When you check in at the pier they will ask to see your passport as proof of citizenship and since it has a photo laminated in it you can also use it as a Gov't issued ID.  They will ask to see the charge card that you will use for on board charges.  No other ID will be required. That's been my experience at check-in on all of the many cruises I have been on  So you should be fine for the cruise and also if you need to fly to the cruise port city.\

    But you should get the photo ID corrected.

  4. probably not, since the passport is what they check and the id just shows that you're the person who owns the passport
