I turn on my ipaq (pocket pc) after its fully charged and it keeps a black screen . what could be wrong???

1. Probaly got water damaged

2. Probably got dropped which disconnects the screen from the phone.

You need to get the screen replaced. If the ipac is under a year old it is probably still under warranty. I would go through your service provider and see what they can do to replace the screen or the whole device itself.

EDIT: I didn't see the 2001. In that case, you cna go back to the store you bought it from and see if one of the workers can repair it for you (under the table in their own time). If not, I suggest you get an upgrade.
