I turned on my tv this morning, went to turn down the volume, and for some reason the screen thing zoomed in.?

Now, I don't know how to fix it!!!

It's a Polaroid Flatscreen Hd tv, I think. =/

I'm a complete idiot when it comes to televisions- so please, HELP!

  1. Shut down the TV and un-plug the power for a while. Then re-start the TV. The problem should be fixed. Otherwise, please contact manufacturer's services for a software update.    

    The HDTV software is not matured yet. If you bought the TV several  yrs ago, these things were quite common.
