to .doc instead of .docx I need help. How do I do this?

  1. You just need to rename the file and upload it again.  On your computer, open the folder where you saved the document.  Right click on the file name.  From the menu that pops up, choose "Rename".  Just backspace in the filename to take out that x at the end.
