I know what "dice me" means, but what change in grammar would it be for me to say "me dice".

  1. "Dice me" doesn't mean anything, maybe you mean "dime" (tell me).

    "Me dice" means "he/she tells me".

    EDIT:

    In Andalucía they don't prononce all letters in a word, but their grammar is usually the one all of us use. It's actually the worst place in Spain to learn Spanish, because they are difficult to understand, even for me sometimes (I'm from Galicia, in the NW).

    By the way I think you missunderstood them, because I've never heard anyone from Andalucía say "dice me".
