  1. That may depend on where you buy the tickets.   Or maybe you are referring to paying for an FMT (tourist visa) included in the price of the ticket.

    I was once reimbursed $28.50us after a ticket counter person on the return flight took an interest in the FMT thing.  The FMT usually costs $22+/- so this extra few bucks were from somewhere.   I have an FM3

    I've given up trying to get that back ... and buy my tickets with Orbitz or other discounter
