I updated my psp to v 4.05 & now it cant see my iso games what should i do?

You updated to official firmware which can't read iso's because Sony doesn't want that. To go back to custom firmware, use a Pandora's battery.

Although I haven't updated my psp since 3.4 oe and haven't really been keeping up with the psp scene,I would say you can't see your iosos because you shouldn't upgrade unless it's a custom firmware.
