you didn't specify what Yahoo 7 was- but you would not contact Groups Customer Care or use that form. most page of yahoo have a help icon, and that's where you'd locate the correct support form

Try clicking "Refresh" to see if that brings the links back.  If not I would recommend getting in touch with a Yahoo Groups customer service representative to see if they can help you figure out what could be causing this problem.
