  1. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is due to Qi and blood stagnation of the lower jiao with dampness & cold sometimes. Typically, herbs and essential oils that would resolve this condition effectively will move blood, and are therefore contraindicated while trying to conceive. You could use the herbs during the first half of your cycle to ovulation though.

Dilute 5% pure essential oils with a carrier oil: ginger, cinnamon, lemongrass, rosemary, myrrh, fennel and coriander. Apply liberally to the lower abdomen daily (1st 1/2 cycle)

  2. Don't know about aromatherapy, but acupuncture can help with fertility issues from PCOS. Go to a natural therapies clinic and talk to some experts. Your diet will help you out as well, lots of leafy greens etc.

  3. I know you are looking for natural remedies for PCOS, but I just wanted to make sure you are taking Glucophage if you are trying to conceive. PCOS causes increased testosterone and hormone levels which wont allow you to conceive. The glucophage makes your cells more receptive to insulin which slows down the bodies production of the unwanted hormones. It also may shrink or cause some of the ovarian cysts to disapeer. Result= BABY. Glucophage has no major side effects but may cause GI upset. It also will help you lose weight. Since you have PCOS and weight gain is usually a major symptom sounds like that may be a positive side effect. Just a thought. Good luck.
