it makes them feel so clean and I don't like the toxins that reg. tooth pastes have and the natural ones are very expensive, plus don't do a good job. Will baking soda destroy my enamel?

  1. No your fine.

  2. I use it like once a week or once every 2 weeks to once a month because its good in moderation sometimes ill mix it in with my tooth paste too for a little extra clean, I just feel like it makes my teeth much cleaner and my breath fresher, you can use it as a mouth wash an anti acid. If you like natural tooth paste go to GNC and check for sales- I got a lot of them on sale, my favorites were the clear ones like kiss my face and jason aloe tooth paste. Amazon.com sells in bulk/multi-packages like they sell 4 packs at a time that might be cheaper

  3. Baking soda is very abrasive to the enamel of the teeth and will wear it away.  Stop using it on a daily basis.  Once in a while is more than enough.
