Depends on whether you want to pay. BitTorrent is a free,reliable and mostly virus-free program with download speeds of 0-100kb/s but the files are often mis-named to get more downloads and anyone can upload to it, and if you want high-speeds (200kb/s +) there is a great website called UseNext that gives you a three week trial, after which its about 10 euros a month. UseNext often reaches download speeds of 500-800kb/s, and you will RARELY get faster speeds than that.
