  1. Maybe you shouldn't use tampons at all, if it hurts.

You're only 12, and your body isn't done growing.

So, your v****a is... probably kinda small. O_O

  2. Try relaxing, if u r relaxed then the muscles down there will relax 2. Take ur time in taking it out, also try to pull it out on the same angle that u put it in cause ur v****a is on an angle it doesn't go straight up. Or just try different angles and do it slowly till u find what is comfortable 4 u :)

  3. Listen to the second answer

dont listen to that dumb old bat about bacterial ****

dont listen to her, because it will freak you out.

you just need to relax when you take it out, and make sure your takng it out in the same direction you put it in on. Hope this helps

    xx

  4. It's sometimes sore for me too. You want to be sure that you are removing a tampon at the same angle it was inserted and as you are pulling out past your muscles to relax, breathe out and try to "bear down". You may want to insert a finger and guide the tampon out (I know it's gross but it's only your own blood and it comes off).

I've always done it on the toilet with my thighs open and kinda arching my back but it may be that you will get better results standing and in the same way as when you insert a tampon. Good luck!

p.s. forget the idiot spamming her bacterial vaginosos book. And you can be using tampons at 12 or younger, of course.
