What are any side effects that can happen to me?

I excersize regularly, and have better than 20 20 vision at the moment

To the eyesight worsening, no it wont. thats just a stereotype that stuff like that hurts your eyes.

Your eye site will worsen.

Uhm.. it's generally not good because it means you don't have a social lifeish. But whatever heats your stove!
