I use my palm z22

Question

I use my palm z22 for my work and i have just gone to look up a customer from July and realised i have no past in my calender apart from regular customers i have put on repeat . I went on to the desktop and went in to palm and there is no past on that either. I have no idea how to restore archives which i have saved so that my past calender will come back please help.
