I use someone elses wireless internet can i use that same internet for my tivo?

So i use someones wireless internet (wrong i know) and i just recently bought tivo but i don't have a phone line and i was wondering if i bought the network adapter for the tivo will it work?

Yes, your TiVo will work on the wireless network.
