I use the computer more than ten hours a day. my eyes r becoming very heat why?

i use the pc till i go to bed. tell me what can i do for my eyes turns to good

It's probably eye strain. Maybe you should stop using the computer for such a long time. Take breaks every half an hour.

Look away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.  Take longer breaks every hour or so if you are on for a long time.

Have adequate room lighting, but make sure there is no glare on the screen.

Have the screen at least arm's length away, further if possible.

Keep your eyes lubricated by using rewetting drops or blinking often.

Look up "Computer Vision Syndrome" if you want more information.  See your optometrist if you are still uncomfortable; you may benefit from some glasses.

fist dont stay on the computer that long its very bad for your eyesight and second go get an eye exam..they will tell you what u need to do
