Don´t use online translator, they´re always wrong. And in this case is worse, because your letter has many technical words.

I don´t know too much legal vocabulary, but the translation to Spanish doesn´t make sense. I know, for example, "deed" is in Spanish "escritura" or "título", but "trust deed" is a special kind of "contrato".

There are also many other mistakes:

"El unico cambio que los affectos usted..."

It should be "El unico cambio que le afecta a usted..."

Esta letra...(the correct is "Esta carta")
