Question:

I used to be 260 and i went down to 200 lbs and i'm only 5'10?

for a few months now i been 200 pounds and i been having trouble losing the last 15 pounds i wanna down to 185 for some reason i can't lose anymore weight and i been eating right and exercising the right away any ideas on how to lose the final 15 pounds?

  1. Perhaps you could skip suppers and have smaller dinners as calories late in the day are more fattening than calories early in the day.

    With most of the day ahead of you you burn up more calories than with most of the day behind you.  Breakfast calories are the least fattening and supper calories are the most fattening.  You burn up very few calories in your sleep.

    on if you were losing the weight in a healthy way

    if yes

    then keep trying itll come off sooner or later
