I used to be popular but now I'm fading!? :(?

I used to be really popular but now I'm not nearly as much anymore. My old friends never talk to me anymore! I have friends I hang out with now but not all of them. If I'm sitting next to one of my old friends in class I never know what to say. Please Help!! What should I do?
