I used to have reoccurring dreams about tornadoes?

Sometimes I would just watch them as they destroyed things. Other times I would be running from them. Other times I would literally have to take cover in a ditch or something. What could the dreams mean?

  1. ummm are you afraid of tornadoes? did you ever experience a tornado? in either case, its just your brain processing random thoughts.

  2. Tornado

Tornadoes in dreams suggest you are very angry about a current situation and are afraid to express your feelings - which you need to do - for fear of hurting others.

    Recurring Dreams

Recurring dreams can be highly useful and important to analyze. They happen for one of two reasons:

    (1) they reflect an unhealthy pattern that you have fallen into in real life, and they are trying to show you that your behaviour is not helping you be happy. Or,

    (2) they represent unresolved feelings, such as anger or sadness over a past situation that you have not healed from.

In many recurring dreams, your sleeping self is trying to solve a problem - or confront an emotion - that you are unable to face in real life. Whatever the subject of your recurring dream is, you can be sure it is reflecting something in your current life situation, even if the dream takes you back in time. Use the Dream Dictionary to analyze the major symbols and events in your dream, to piece together its message. Think carefully about what in your life might be causing you continual stress or worry.

  3. Me too. Its the weirdest thing.. Its the most re-occurring dream I've had. Some dream intepretation websites say that it means the you have some pretty intense feelings and they just keep piling up and spinning out of control (tornado) and that when the tornado finally comes down, it does a lot of damage and chases people away.... thats what I think.

And it makes sense cause thats the situation in my life

    Good luck <3
