I used to have this old toy back in 1990-1992 help me figure out the name!?

I remember it being a little playground set with about 20 little babies in diapers, it had a jungle gym and some other things i just cant remember what they were called! Help please!

I will take a wild guess. If it was 1990 it may have been the Quints by Tyco. I know there were some copy-cats of that series of dolls within a year or so, but I don't remember what those were. Did the playground look like this?

If so, it was definitely the Quints.

I remember it  also,,,  something  like  Tots , Tots Land, comes to mind
