I used to watch this anime on AXN way back before 2000 about dragon and about three ppl 1 name surely Psuke?

I am sorry for the very less information but I have very faded memories of the Anime series but I remember the story was superb.

This boy psuke (pronounced pa-su-ke) had very big eyes and he wore revered cap. Finally the anime ends with this small boy getting the powers of the dragon and he kills the villain.

I want to know the name of the series. Any help/clues to this will be very helpful.

After extensive searching, I think what your talking about is the anime, Ninku, that was showing around 1995-1996, I believe.

The boy's name is "Fuusuke," and your description fits him well; although, as I did not watch the anime myself, I'm not sure about the ending.
