I want to apply at Tim Horton's again but a different location and not tell them that I have already worked at a Tim Horton's before.

Is it possible they will find out thru their computer data/records that I have?

  1. Yes, it's possible. It's your choice to conceal your record of employment but it may harm you in the end.

  2. Yes they will find out when you apply. You will have to give them information about yourself (in the United States it is usually driver's license and social security number) to identify you and make sure that you are a legal citizen and have the right to work. It is also necessary to set up for taxes and other deductions that will be taken out of your paycheck. So, unless you have legally changed your name and gotten new documents, they will probably find out rather quickly about your previous employment.

If you left under good circumstances, then there is no reason why you  shouldn't be able to put your past employment on your record.

  3. Of course they will find out when they go to put you in the computer. If they find out you lied and why you were fired or left then they may decide not to hire you.
