I went by sight and didn't measure, and now my hummus is overpowered by lemon. What can I do to cut it down?

  1. Try adding more tahini to the hummus. The creamy taste of the tahini should counteract  the acidic lemon taste.

  2. Toss it in the garbage!

  3. Either add more chick peas, tahini, additional garlic could help or some sour cream, but then it would not be hummus any more, just a tasy dip.

  4. add another hummas cann.. or half a can ...

    and more taheena ..

    but not too much ..

    it might thiken then ..

    EnjOy

    Peace.
