  1. Exercise, drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat fruit and vegetable instead of fatty foods. Eat less in general.

  6. Its never easy to lose weight, but if you have the will power, you can.  Eat 6 small meals a day instead of three heavy meals. Cut out all the junk, fried and oily food. Drink lots of water , take fruits and vegetables and most importantly, exercise.  Once your body is used to this daily regime, You can sit back and say,"I did it." Good luck and stay healthy.
