i violated a little over a year ago. it was for possesion. and it was a first time offense . i got two yrs probation., and 72 hrs of rehab. to complete or i'd go to prison for 2 years. i went to 70 hrs of rehab but didn't complete it . i'll do it again. thats ok. but i don't want to turn my self in and they just lock me up. i don't want to loose my new job. i was going thru a div. of a 22 yr marr. and it was hard. since i was a stay home mom i was sol with no money and no one to turn to. thats why i ended up violating. no stable home address to give. i now am stable and have a job and an apt. so i dont want to go to jail at all. at all. not even for a couple days. is this possible.? i 'm tired of worrying about this and i really want to clear my name. help. i need 1411 from the law of az stats.

  1. Do an internet search for "Legal Aid Arizona".

They are your best bet to help soften the blow of being taken back into jail. They can provide free legal advice and maybe free representation in court.

You are trying to straighten out your life. That should go well for you. I wouldn't give up just yet. Besides, sooner or later they will catch up with you. You surrendering is a lot better then being arrested at a traffic stop.

  2. You really can't. If you break a court order... there's really nothing you can do. It's sort of contempt of a court. If you haven't completed a court order, usually there is a warrant put out for your arrest. Then on your next traffic stop or police contact, you will be taken into jail. Sorry
