I violated probation and am about to serve 90 days, will i be off probation when i get out?

Question

I got put on probation for poss of marijuana in jan 07 did everything i was supposed to tell a few months ago i failed a drug test and served 6days, a couple weeks later i failed a breathalyzer and have a court date tuesday. I'm pretty sure he'll give me 90 days, will i be done with probation when i get out or will it start all over again?

Not only will you still be on probation but you'll also be engaged.

It depends on what the Judge orders.  He could keep you on probation or even extend your probation after you serve your time. Or, he could terminate your probation.  It just depends on what he does. Every jurisdiction is different.
