Question:

I wake up about 10 times a night. Help?

I'm 15. First, when i get into bed, around 9-10, it takes me about 1-2 hours for me to be asleep. Then i wake up, at random times of the night. Around 10 in the morning i get out of bed, and I'm still extremely tired.

I don't have any stress, i don't eat sugar or caffeine at night, there is nothing on my mind, but i still cant get a good sleep. Plus i tried some sleep pills, didn't work. Is there any other tips i can use to get a great night sleep for once! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

  1. exercise isnt good right before u sleep , ur heart rate is too high to relax.

    exercise before supper is better .

    other than that, go to a herbal remedy store n get some sleeping tea to drink before you sleep.

    get lavender essential oil and put a drop on all four corners of your pillow.

    it helped me through my sleep trouble.

    try to stay away from sleeping pills if you can, they are addictive and you are young, not a good mix


  2. Well if you want better sleep just close your eyes and turn the tv on and before you go to bead and fall a sleep turn the TV off and keep your eyes closed all night if you can and get super tired like you cant keep your eyes open go to bed and just close your eyes and get up in the morning!

  4. i think u may have insomnia i had this what i did was when i woke up and i was so tired i used 2 fall asleep during the whole week i would sleep in the day but then one day i fought it i stayed up all day keeping active and i stayed up and around 9:00 p.m i went 2 bed woke up 6:00 or 7:00 and i was back on schedule how long has this been happening?

  5. it can either be caused by stress (unconciously)(by the looks of ur age) or symptoms of insomnia. try excersizing before you sleep casue when ur tired, you tend to sleep better.

  6. when evening, you should play or do something until you fell tired.so you can sleep well at night.so your problem can be seatle.
