I'm 15. First, when i get into bed, around 9-10, it takes me about 1-2 hours for me to be asleep. Then i wake up, at random times of the night. Around 10 in the morning i get out of bed, and I'm still extremely tired.
I don't have any stress, i don't eat sugar or caffeine at night, there is nothing on my mind, but i still cant get a good sleep. Plus i tried some sleep pills, didn't work. Is there any other tips i can use to get a great night sleep for once! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!
