  2. to be well rested you are to go to sleep 8 hours before that so i would say 11 but that  is kind of late so go to bed around 9:30- 10:00 and trust it will pay off in the long run!

  3. I would make 11 o'clock your regular bedtime.  Ten would be better, but 11 o'clock would be the latest I would stay up.

  6. as early as you can BEFORE THE HOURS OF MIDNIGHT! your body will feel more rested. i know it sounds weird but my volleyball coach has studies on it. you could sleep from 1 am-10am but your body will feel more relaxed and rested if you slept from say 10pm- 7am. it will seem weird at first because your body will want to stay away because that is what you are used to. go for a run or do some sort of exercise a few hours before 10pm and your body will want to fall asleep early.

    if your a teenager. 9 hours before

    if your an adult. 8 hours before

  11. At least by one in the morning. That'll give you seven hours, and six is the min. But I recommend 12 because then you'll get eight and that's a lot better.
