I started my professional career three months ago after being a bum post-college student. It was tough getting into a new routine but I've done pretty well with adjusting my sleep schedule, and now I'm in bed every night by midnight.

I need to get up at 8 a.m. in order to be at work by 9 a.m. (it's just two minutes away). The problem is that I wake up EVERY DAY between 6 and 6:30 a.m. and feel panicked, afraid that I'm missing work.

It made sense that the first week or two I was on edge about getting up and getting to work on time - this job is one of the most important things in my life. But it's been three months and I still wake up early in a panic, every day. I don't know what to do, but I'm not getting the full eight hours I deserve! What do I do?! HELP!
