i always wake up in the middle of the night wanting to drink water. I've had this problem since i was little. I've tried drinking water before i go to bed but i still wake up and drink more water. Because of this i loss a lot of sleep and if i don't get water i usually feel like there is a a major heavy weight on my chest and i can't breath. And i usually do wake my mom up and ask her for water.

Can anyone tell me this is normal?

And if not do you know what this problem is?

Thankx

  1. keep a water bottle with you at night.

see doctors.( not just one doctor)

    move away from pollution!

  2. You have to drink water during the day. Lots and lots of water. Another thing is myb u feeling too hot at night, or you get dehydrrated... I think you should take a visit to ur local doctor and have it chked up...

    Good Luck!!

  3. I totally agree with Lucy. You should go with Lucy's advice.

Hope everything works out, and good luck!

  4. Are you drinking plenty of water through out the day?  If not, then you are probably feeling the effects of dehydration. I believe that extreme thirst can also be a symptom of diabetes. The heaviness in your chest & breathing problems should be diagnosed by a medical professional.
