I been doing it this whole summer, school is in a week so how can I change it? I tried staying awake for a whole day before but it was too hard if I didn't stay on my computer + have coffee(even then I fell down). The most I was able to do was from waking up at 5 PM and staying awake until 4 PM.

  1. Same problem here. In the past, when I could only stay up till 5 pm I would set bedtime back one hour every day. So 6pm the next day, then 7pm, then 8pm, until I get to 10pm. The only problem is that can be too rapid. Two or three days at 5pm, then 2 or 3 at 6pm, more gradual, might be easier. I like being up at night though and have no intention to become a daywalker.

  2. It might be that you are spending too much time on the computer and need to get out of the house more and doing regular activities like grocery shopping, going for walks, visiting friends, going out to the movies, getting some regular exercise and a bit of fresh air.

Although computers and computer games can be addictive, they are also isolating you from others.  Its better to cut the habit down to about three hours a day and spending the rest of your time doing something else.
