I walk for 30min (fast walk, slow jog).......?

I don't know how many miles but i walked that way for 30 min, how many calories did i burn?

    around 190-200

  2. It depends on how much you weigh. It is different for everyone.

    You can go to http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cb... and fill in the chart. You may be burning more calories than you think!

    I was told by a trainer that if you do 30 minutes of cardio, rest for 15 and then do 30 more, you will acheive more calorie burn than if you do it for a straight 60 minutes. Maybe that principle would work for 30 minutes as well, with maybe 5 in between. Just long enough to slow your heart rate down.  

  3. Well here is a easier way. if you live near a beach or ferry this will work better. every morning, i walk with my grandma by the coast for 1 hour- 1 1/2 hour. (This is a Slow Walk). just by that I have lost an average of 3 pounds a week.
