I worked there for a year and eight months, and one night my boss screamed at me in front of a whole bar of people and made ahuge scene. If I go back to eat there and see my friends, will they kick me out?

  1. I don't know, but I wouldn't trust them anyway -- if you left in that bad of a situation, they might spit in your food, for all you know.  I'd just go somewhere else.

  2. Why would you go back ? If you do you would just be a consumer  however your old  boss could could be mean and make you leave.

  3. They can't unless they've clearly posted that they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  On the other hand if you're disruptive in "seeing friends" they can and will ask you to leave.  PEACE!

  4. They could because they have the right to refuse service to anyone, but in all likely hood they won't. Unless you are causing a scene, the last thing they'll want to do is kick someone out who is being peaceful, especially in front of other guests. I'd say you're safe to eat there. And spitting in food and the like only opens them up for lawsuits, especially if you have friends who work there and could testify to any wrongdoing on their part.

  5. They wont kick you out they cant legaly do that unless you create is disturbance! Its mailnly up to the person who left if they feel comfortable going back there

  6. nope

hold your head high and go see your friends, your boss should be ashamed of himself

  7. They have no right to kick you out.
