Please send the addmission procedure and the college website thats offer the above course,i am completed my diploma in public helth & environmental engg from board of technical education in july 2007 and persuing bsc general from ignou.

LOts of colleges offer courses in environmetnal engineering and environmental science.  Check the department course litsing for those two and the regualr calender of courses for the school you choose  To be honest, I can't tell if you are asking about a specific school or just a genral question.
